The first thing that you notice when you walk in the door is the aroma -- heady, sweet and reminiscent of fruit salad. The second thing you notice is the artwork on the walls. It's not every day you see an artist's rendition of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, Charlie Chaplin, Einstein and George Washington sharing a hookah. Plush velvet couches and surprisingly comfy folding chairs cuddled around intimate tables are more inviting than sitting at the bar, especially if you are reptile-phobic; half of the bar top is see-through -- underneath is a snake den, with several live snakes on display. Sinbad boasts over 30 flavors of tobacco, both premium and standard, that have no tar and .05 percent nicotine. Recommended is Sinbad's Special Fruit Head Hookah. Choose from fruit flavors such as apple, peach, mango, orange or melon deluxe. A stocked cigar case is a draw for stogie fans, although smoking anything but the hookahs must be done outside. There are two bars, one located inside and another on the side patio. Those looking for a jolt of caffeine are treated to a full coffee/espresso bar. Beer specials are on tap four nights a week, and food is served until close.
