If you are shipping items to an APO, FPO or PO Box address, your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Ground Expedited - Rush Processing
SouthSmoke.com offers Rush Processing for orders placed before 3PM EST for an additional fee of $0.99. SouthSmoke.com will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same business day. If we fail to ship your order within two business days, we will refund the Rush Processing fee in the form of a SouthSmoke.com Gift Card. The Rush Processing fee will be refunded on orders shipped from sub-contracted facilities if the order is not shipped within four business days. Please note that business days are defined as Monday through Friday.

At the present time, SouthSmoke.com ships merchandise to all locations in Canada. There is a possibility that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of Canada. Although this shipping rate is 98% accurate, there is a slight possibility that the shipping rate could change. We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method from First Class Mail International to Priority Mail International if your order exceeds the maximum weight or dimensions allowed for First Class Mail International without further notice.
