This large stem adapter is designed to add an extra hose connection to most new generation medium and large Mya hookahs. These adapters are threaded and designed to screw onto release valves and Hookah stems that can be converted into multiple hose models. Simply screw this adapter onto the air valve and add an extra hose.

Variation Warning: Mya has recently upgraded their hose adapters to allow greater air flow. As a result, this large Mya Hose Stem Adapter may not work on first generation Mya Hookah models. Please contact customer support prior to ordering this part to confirm that this is the correct adapter to work with your Mya brand Hookah.
