Disassemble Your Hookah

Hookah Maintenance - Step 1

Take the Ceramic Bowl and discard of the Flavored Shisha used during your last smoking session.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 2

Using warm water, rinse out the Ceramic Bowl, Hookah Tray, Rubber Grommets, Shaft, and Vase in a thorough manner.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 3

Next, gather your Cleaning Brushes, SouthSmoke.com approved Hookah Cleaning Solution, and a towel to finish the cleaning process. Remember not to use any type of soap when cleaning your Hookah.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 4

Now, shake the Hookah Cleaning Solution, and dispense a small amount of the solution into the Shaft, making sure that the bottom opening of the shaft is closed off with your finger. This will allow for any buildup and Shisha particles to be loosened for proper cleaning.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 5

Close off the bottom and top openings of the Shaft and then shake the Shaft in your hands for up to 30 seconds to distribute the solution evenly.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 6

Using the Cleaning Brushes provided with your Hookah, take one Cleaning Brush and insert it into the top opening of the Shaft, rotating the brush in a clockwise fashion.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 7

Using warm water, rise the Shaft thoroughly.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 8

Repeat the same cleaning process for the Vase, Hookah Hose, and Ceramic Bowl. Only use warm water when cleaning the Rubber Grommets.

Hookah Maintenance - Step 9

Finally, dry off each piece of the Hookah using a towel and then reassemble the Hookah for storing or display purposes.
