If you have already placed your order online and meet the requirements of Free Ground Saver Shipping and forget to add the Free Shipping promotion to your order, you may be eligible to file a Free Shipping Claim. Please do not contact customer support via telephone as this is an online only offer and our representatives will not be able to assist regarding this Free Shipping Promotion. Instead, follow these simple instructions and complete the Free Shipping Claim Form listed below:
1) Please make sure that you've ordered at least $95 of merchandise value and have not used any other promotions, discounts, or incentives on your order.
2) Please make sure that you're requesting delivery in the 48 Contiguous United States and have selected Ground Shipping as your preferred shipping method.
3) You may only file a Free Shipping Claim if your order has been placed within the past two hours. If your order was placed more than two hours ago, you will not be eligible to file a Free Shipping Claim.
4) If you are eligible to file a Free Shipping Claim, you will be only receive credit in the form of a SouthSmoke.com Gift Card and will not receive credit back to your original payment method. This SouthSmoke.com Gift Card is valued at $12.98 and may be used towards a future online order at SouthSmoke.com.
