We currently cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We recommend that all customers wishing to cancel an order do so within 30 minutes from the time your original order is placed during our normal business hours. If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it.

For callers outside of the US and Canada, please call our Customer Service Center Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm ET. If we were unable to cancel your order and you are interested in returning your Hookah merchandise, you may return it in original and unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are not refundable.
